Penelope Straight Rye Whiskey belongs to the Classic Series and is bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle. Its mash bill is 93% rye and 7% malted barley.
On the nose come fresh spearmint and citrus zest with baking spices and lightly toasted oak. The palate brings rye spice and black pepper alongside caramelised sugar, cool herbal mint and fine citrus. The finish leaves almond, polished oak, spices and a hint of mint caramel.
