Phantom of the Clock Tower is a 15-year-old Tormore, matured entirely in a refill bourbon barrel. Brave New Spirits bottled it at a cask strength of 57.3% as part of its WhiskyHeroes Series 4. Tormore is a Speyside distillery built in 1958, the first new Scottish distillery of the 20th century, known for its granite buildings, copper roofs and clock tower. The whisky is typically described as having honey, lemon syrup, charcoal biscuits and an ashy note.
