A frizzante sparkling wine from Emilia-Romagna, made exclusively from Pignoletto grapes. Clay soils and a favourable microclimate contribute a pleasant minerality. Secondary fermentation gives a fine, lively bubble that lifts green apple, peach and citrus notes with a delicate floral hint. Fresh and savoury on the palate, with a light body. Suited to an aperitif, light seafood dishes, fresh antipasti and soft cheeses.
