Pike Creek 10 Year Old is a blended Canadian whisky from Ontario, bottled in 2024 at 42% in a 70cl bottle. It matures in warehouses without climate control, where the wide swings in Canadian temperature push the spirit into close contact with the wood. After ten years it is finished in rum barrels. The nose combines golden raisins and brown sugar with dried orange peel, green apple and vanilla. The palate brings honeycomb toffee, molasses and warm vanilla alongside a lasting rye spice, and the finish is warm and balanced.
