A Tuscan Pinot Nero from Tenuta Montauto, presented as an expression of a noble and delicate grape grown in Tuscany.
It is noted for refinement and aromatic complexity, with cherry, wild strawberry, black pepper and a subtle vanilla note from wood ageing. On the palate it shows balanced acidity and soft tannins leading to a persistent, harmonious finish.
Best served at 16-18°C, it suits mushroom risotto, white meats and soft cheeses.
