A Tuscan white wine made from Vermentino. It is grown on hills tempered by sea breezes and shows a pale straw colour with greenish reflections. The nose offers delicate white flowers, green apple, peach and a light touch of aromatic herbs. On the palate it has balanced acidity, good structure and integrated minerality, with a slightly almond finish. It suits an aperitif and pairs with fish, seafood and light vegetarian dishes.
