A Tuscan white wine with a distinctive, refined aromatic profile, produced in the Maremma area. The nose offers an intense bouquet of tropical fruit, white peach and herbaceous notes typical of Sauvignon Blanc. On the palate freshness leads, supported by balanced acidity, a pleasant structure and long persistence, with a clean finish and a pleasant mineral sensation. It suits aperitifs, seafood, fish dishes and fresh cheeses, and is best served cold.
