A Ciliegiolo IGT from Tenuta Montauto, grown in the fertile Tuscan lands around the estate. Vivid red with purple hues, it shows a bouquet of ripe cherries, violet floral notes and light spice reminiscent of black pepper with a touch of aromatic herbs. On the palate it is balanced and harmonious, with soft tannins, persistent freshness and pleasant acidity. It pairs with white meats, pasta with meat or vegetable sauces and medium-aged cheeses, and is also suited to relaxed evenings with friends. Serve at 16-18 C.
