Pocketful of Stones Hell's Stone Cornish Blended Whisky (70cl)

Hell's Stone is a Cornish blended whisky from Pocketful of Stones, in a 70cl bottle. It starts as a craft beer wash, which is distilled in a handmade copper pot still called Jackson. The young whisky is then aged in used oak barrels within sight of St Michael's Mount on the Cornish coast. On the nose it offers honeyed grains with a slight hint of caramel. The palate is fresh and smooth, with vanilla and almond undertones and a hint of marzipan. A touch of sea freshness runs through it, and the finish carries lingering vanilla.
