Pocketful of Stones – Hell's Stone Single Cask Single Malt Cornish Whisky (70cl)

This is a single cask single malt from the Pocketful of Stones distillery team, made in partnership with Black Flag Brewery in Perranporth, Cornwall. It comes in a 70cl bottle. The brewery first made an English pale ale from 100% pale malt and Nottingham yeast. The beer was triple distilled, then aged in a bourbon cask in the shadow of St Michael's Mount. It was distilled on a single day, yielding fewer than 300 bottles, and bottled without chill-filtration. It is described as like enjoying a pale ale with a bourbon chaser.
