Segretario di Stato is an Italian whisky from Poli, in a 70cl bottle. It is distilled from pure malted barley with a pleasant level of peat, aged for 5 years and then refined in Amarone casks.
It is described as recalling toasted nuts, raisins, prunes, chocolate and smoky spices.
