Port Charlotte – Islay Barley 2014 (70cl)

This is a Port Charlotte single malt made from barley grown only on Islay and harvested in 2014. The barley came from eight farms, out of the nineteen that partner with the distillery. It matured for seven years in oak casks. Everything, from water and cereal through to maturation and bottling, comes from the island, which gives the Islay Barley name its meaning.
