Port Dundas 15 Year Old is a single grain Scotch whisky from the closed Port Dundas distillery, bottled by Signatory Vintage for its Un-Chillfiltered Collection. It was distilled in 2010 and bottled at 46%. The whisky matured in a combination of first fill sherry hogsheads and first fill bourbon barrels. It is natural in colour and non-chill-filtered. The bourbon barrels contribute vanilla and caramel, while the sherry hogsheads add dried fruit and gentle spice.
