Port Dundas – 30 Year Old 1995 Signatory Cask Strength (55.9%)

This is a 30 year old single grain Scotch whisky from Port Dundas, a distillery that has now closed. It was distilled in 1995, matured in a single bourbon hogshead and bottled in April 2026 by Signatory Vintage for its Cask Strength Collection, at 55.9% ABV. The hogshead gave 225 individually numbered bottles. The whisky is bottled without chill-filtration or added colour. It is described as having a silky texture, with vanilla, butterscotch, honeyed cereals, toasted coconut and polished oak, alongside delicate orchard fruits and warming spice.
