This is an Islay single malt from Port Ellen, distilled in 1983 and bottled in 2009 after about 25 to 26 years in cask. It is an independent bottling by The House of MacDuff, part of its Golden Cask range, and comes from a single cask, number CM126. It is bottled at 54.2% in a 70cl bottle. Only 316 bottles were released. Port Ellen closed in 1983, the year this whisky was distilled.
