Porto Fine Ruby Taylor's (20%)

A young, intense port from the Douro, made mainly from traditional native grapes. Limited ageing in cask preserves freshness and the bright ruby colour typical of this style. The glass shows decided aromas of red fruits such as cherry and raspberry, with light spicy notes and dark chocolate that add complexity without heaviness. The palate is soft and enveloping, with a perfect balance between sweetness and acidity. It can be enjoyed as an aperitif or with chocolate desserts and aged cheeses.
