Pure Antique 22 Year Old is a Kentucky straight bourbon from Preservation Distillery's Pure Antique range of very old bourbons. The range is bottled in tiny micro-batches from barrels filled at a low entry proof, chosen so the spirit can age for decades without becoming overly woody.
This 22 year old is bottled at cask strength and unfiltered. On the nose it shows dark caramel, brown sugar and dried fig. The palate brings concentrated caramelised sweetness, mature oak, tobacco and warming baking spice.
