Quaglia Assenzio Liquore (70cl, 70%)

Quaglia Assenzio Liquore is an absinthe liqueur from the Quaglia distillery, made with herbs including grand wormwood, anise and fennel. It is distilled by traditional methods and has a naturally green colour. The nose shows fresh herbal wormwood notes with subtle anise and other aromatic herbs. On the palate it is vigorous and full, with a long finish where anise and fennel blend with dominant wormwood. Serve cold, traditionally with a sugar cube, or use as a base for cocktails.
