Quaglia Fior Di Sambuco (70cl)

An Italian liqueur from Quaglia, made with fresh elderflowers gathered in spring when their aroma is at its peak. It is clear and crystalline in colour. The nose releases intense, fragrant elderflower aromas with light herbaceous notes. On the palate it is smooth and soft, with sweetness balanced by a subtle acidity that highlights its freshness. The aromatic finish is long and pleasantly floral. It can be served as a digestif, mixed with tonic water or soda, or used in refined cocktails.
