Quaglia Pino Mugo Liquore (70cl)

An artisan liqueur from the Quaglia distillery, made by infusing young mugho pine shoots hand-picked in unspoilt mountain areas. It is crystal clear with delicate green hues. The nose is an explosion of freshness, with resinous mugho pine notes, balsamic hints and woody nuances. On the palate it is rounded and complex, with authentic mugho pine flavour, light spicy and sweet notes, and a balanced profile. It works as a digestif or in cocktails, and is best served cold in chilled glasses.
