Quaglia Zafferano Liqueur (70cl)

A saffron liqueur from the Quaglia distillery, in a 70cl bottle. It balances the intense, slightly spicy taste of saffron with the delicate sweetness of the alcoholic base. It has an intense golden colour. On the nose there are floral and spicy notes with subtle hints of aromatic herbs, while the palate is enveloping and complex. The texture is silky and well balanced, with a pleasantly persistent finish. It can be enjoyed neat as a digestif or used to enrich refined cocktails and gourmet desserts.
