Quaglia Camomilla is a chamomile liqueur from Distilleria Quaglia, founded in 1906 in Castelnuovo Don Bosco. It is made by infusing chamomile flowers in a selected alcohol base, followed by distillation. Golden in colour, it has intense aromas of freshly picked chamomile. On the palate it is sweet and floral, with a clear but balanced chamomile flavour and a sensation of warmth and comfort. It can be served as a digestif or used in cocktails.
