Queen of the South is a limited release taken from cask 144 (2019), and everything in the bottle comes from that one cask. The whisky matured in a fresh, once-filled ex-bourbon cask before being bottled at 60.7% ABV. Tasting notes describe sweet cooked fruits and gentle spice on the way through, and a finish that is soft and malty.
