Smokehead High Voltage

Smokehead High Voltage is a single malt from the Smokehead range, which is made at the Ian Macleod distillery and known for its strongly peated character. The range was created to attract a new generation of whisky fans who want something different from traditional whiskies. Tasting notes describe burnt biscuits, dried earth and a kick of black pepper on the nose. The palate brings oily barley and intense campfire smoke over a hint of brown sugar, and the finish carries sea salt, oat cakes and smoked paprika.
