Dareringer Sherry Cask is a straight bourbon whiskey from Rabbit Hole in Kentucky, made with a wheat mash bill.
It spends its first five years in barrels with a number 4 char. It is then aged and finished in hand-selected sherry casks, a second stage intended to give a more refined and balanced spirit.
