Rabbit Hole Founders Collection Mizunara is a 15-year-old Kentucky straight bourbon bottled at cask strength. It comes from the personal barrel collection of Kaveh Zamanian, who founded Rabbit Hole Distillery in Louisville, and it is finished in Japanese Mizunara oak casks.
On the nose the bourbon shows caramel and vanilla, with incense, sandalwood and warm spice from the Mizunara. The palate is rich and layered, and the long finish carries Japanese oak spice and incense fading into warm caramel.
