Rabbit Hole – Raceking Founders Collection

Raceking Founders Collection is a whisky from Rabbit Hole, built on a mash bill that uses chocolate wheat from Germany and chocolate barley from the UK. Rabbit Hole uses its own malting processes to widen the flavour profile, and the whisky is aged in new American oak barrels that are wood-fired, toasted and charred. The chocolate malts give aromatic top notes and a rich chocolate character, and the whisky has a rich amber colour.
