Rabbit Tale Dareringer is a straight bourbon made from a wheated mash, bottled at 46% ABV in a 70cl bottle.
The bourbon is aged in alligator char barrels, then rests in handmade Pedro Ximenez sherry casks from a cooperage in Spain. It is sweet, with only a little spice.
The nose is sherry and cherry. On the palate come raisins and currants, with hints of almond and vanilla.
