Ramazzotti Amaro (75cl)

Ramazzotti is an Italian amaro made to a secret recipe that has been followed for over 200 years. It combines 33 herbs, spices, flowers and fruits from around the world, and is enjoyed on its own or in cocktails. The bitterness is gentle, in the way of most herbal liqueurs. It comes from quinine, rhubarb and gentian, and rhubarb in particular helps bring the other ingredients into balance. In the glass it is bitter and citrus-led, with Mediterranean, floral and spicy notes.
