This is an Indian single malt from Rampur, finished in Pedro Ximenez sherry and bottled non-chill-filtered. It is a limited release drawn from 48 casks, in a 70cl bottle.
A few casks were chosen by the Malt Master after maturing in American oak. They were then moved to PX sherry butts from Jerez, Spain, for further maturation.
The nose has toffee, dried fruit and cinnamon, with creamy vanilla and honey. The palate is rich and caramel-sweet, with layers of spice and a winey texture. The finish is long, with dried fruit.
