A 15 year old cask strength Canadian whisky from the Rare Perfection range. The barrels were found at the back of a warehouse when new owners took stock of their purchase.
The whisky was distilled in Waterloo, Canada, from a four grain bourbon mashbill and filled into new charred oak. It then aged in a single-level warehouse that stayed extremely cold all year round, which slowed the interaction with the wood considerably over its 15 years.
