A modern interpretation of Refamoso from Trere, produced in limited quantity with artisanal care. Straw yellow with green reflections, it offers white flowers, green apple, Mediterranean herbs and light minerality, with a slender but present structure and pleasant acidity.
It pairs easily with light seafood dishes, simple fish soups, salads with fresh cheeses and vegetable-based cooking. Serve cool, around 10-12 C, preferably in tulip glasses.
