The palate is fresh and direct, with acidity supporting the drink, soft tannins, medium body and a dry finish with fruity persistence. Versatile with everyday cooking and traditional regional dishes such as cured meats, ragu pasta, white meats and semi-aged cheeses; serve around 16-18 C.
