Red Door Autumn Edition is a seasonal Highland gin from Benromach, bottled at 45% in a 70cl bottle. It puts ripe wild Scottish blackberries to the fore, alongside the character of the classic Red Door gin. The botanicals centre on the sweet, fruity notes of blackberry, including the leaves, with a touch of fresh pine needle that adds a subtle menthol note. It suits a gin and tonic garnished with thin slices of green apple, and works as the base for a Bramble.
