This is Batch B1/22 of Redbreast 12 Year Old Cask Strength, an Irish single pot still whiskey bottled at 58.1% ABV.
It is triple distilled in copper pot stills from a mix of malted and unmalted barley, then matured in a combination of bourbon and oloroso sherry casks. The result keeps the full-flavoured Redbreast character, at a stronger cask strength than the usual bottling.
