Redbreast 12 Year Old is an Irish single pot still whiskey in a 75cl bottle. It is made from a mash of malted and unmalted barley and triple distilled in copper pot stills.
After twelve years it has been matured in a combination of Bourbon-seasoned American oak barrels and Oloroso sherry-seasoned Spanish oak butts, which give it the sherry style associated with Redbreast.
