Redbreast 12 Year Old is an Irish single pot still whiskey, bottled at 40% vol. in a 70cl bottle.
It matured in a combination of bourbon and sherry casks, which gives the distinctive Redbreast sherry style. Its flavour is complex, and it shows the particular character of pot still whiskey.
