Redbreast – 15 Year Old (70cl)

Redbreast 15 Year Old is an Irish single pot still whiskey in a 70cl bottle. It combines malted and unmalted barley, triple-distilled in copper pot stills. The whiskey is matured in oak for a minimum of 15 years, using both first-fill and refill casks, which gives it a mellow texture. The nose offers fleshy orchard fruits, warm spices and subtle toasted oak. On the palate come rich dried fruit, nutmeg, cinnamon and creamy vanilla sweetness. The finish is long and smooth, with lingering spicy warmth and a gentle woodiness.
