Redbreast 15 Years Old is an Irish single pot still whiskey, bottled at 46% abv in a 70cl bottle.
It is made from a mash of malted and unmalted barley, triple distilled in copper pot stills and matured for no less than 15 years in oak casks. A balance of first fill and refill casks brings out the spices within its full, complex flavour.
The nose is full and rich, with berry fruits and aromatic oils. The palate is round and mellow, with fleshy fruit, spices and toasted wood, and the finish is long.
