The nose combines honey, vanilla, peppercorn, Golden Delicious apple, macadamia nut, green banana and clove-spiked orange. On the palate green apple, banana, vanilla and citrus develop a creaminess that supports the pot still spices.
The finish is long and warming, with spice, tangy orange and oak.
