Redbreast 21 Year Old is a single pot still Irish whiskey with a 21-year age statement. It is the oldest expression Redbreast has released so far.
The recipe combines both malted and unmalted barley, and the whiskey was matured in a mixture of bourbon barrels and first-fill oloroso sherry casks. It is described as rich and complex.
