Redbreast – Lustau Edition

Redbreast Lustau Edition is an Irish single pot still whiskey. It matured first in a combination of ex-bourbon and ex-Oloroso sherry casks, then spent a full year finishing in sherry butts from Bodegas Lustau in Jerez. The finish gives a new take on the Redbreast character. On the nose there are dark fruits, prunes and marzipan. The palate is rich and creamy with Redbreast's spices, and the long, sweet finish carries notes of Spanish oak and Oloroso sherry.
