Rémy Martin VSOP Mix Tape Limited Edition Volume 2 is the house's VSOP Fine Champagne Cognac in a collectable box inspired by 1980s and 90s mixtape culture. It revisits an older Rémy Martin label, and a QR code on the pack opens playlists chosen by DJs.
The cognac blends eaux de vie from Grande Champagne and Petite Champagne, with around 55% from Grande Champagne. It is distilled in small copper stills and matured in French Limousin oak. Bottled at 40% vol. in a 70cl bottle.
The nose shows ripe summer fruit, vanilla and florals with licorice and baked apricot. The palate is layered, with ripe stone fruit, vanilla oak and gentle spice. The finish is smooth, with vanilla, oak and ripe fruit.
