Retica Panau Rosso IGT Alpi Retiche (13%)

A red wine of good personality with a compact ruby colour and an expressive but not excessive olfactory profile. On the nose there are notes of small red and black fruits, hints of delicate spices and a subtle earthy note that gives depth. The structure is balanced: present but smoothed tannins, moderate acidity and medium body, with a clean, linear progression. On the palate it is immediate and accessible, suited to rustic dishes, pasta with savoury sauces, roast meats or medium-aged cheeses. Best served cool, around 16-18 °C, and enjoyed as an everyday red or in small convivial moments.
