A red IGT wine from Alpi Retiche, produced by Retica. It has a clear ruby colour, with aromas of ripe red fruits, black berry traces and light aromatic herbs. The palate is immediate, with soft tannins and balanced structure, while the finish keeps a fresh savoury note. It pairs well with cured meats, semi-aged cheeses, meat sauces, mushroom dishes, rustic pizzas and mountain cuisine. Serve at around 16-18°C in wide glasses.
