Rosso IGT Alpi Retiche - Bramito - Retica

Retica's Rosso IGT Alpi Retiche - Bramito has a deep ruby colour and a measured personality. The nose shows ripe red fruit, light spicy notes and a slight herbaceous touch that adds freshness. On the palate it is balanced, with linear structure, present but not aggressive tannins and good acidity supporting the drink. The progression is coherent and the finish tends towards a savoury close. Serve at a moderate temperature, slightly cooler than room temperature, in wide glasses. It pairs with medium-structured dishes such as flavourful white meats, cured meats, medium-paste cheeses and local dishes.
