This Ribolla Gialla comes from marny and sandstone soils, trained on Guyot and harvested in the first ten days of September. After destemming and pressing, the must ferments at a constant 16 C for fifteen days.
It is straw yellow with delicate reflections. The aroma is dry and distinctive, while the palate is fresh, dry and harmoniously structured. It suits cold starters, fish, shellfish and truffles.
