This is a white vermouth in the Vermut di Torino Superiore Riserva style, made in Piedmont and sold in a 75cl bottle. It has a bright, deep straw-yellow colour.
It is built on high-quality Piedmontese DOCG wines, Erbaluce di Caluso and Moscato d'Asti, together with 25 botanicals that are selected and prepared by hand.
The nose is herbal and fruity with a slightly vinous edge, followed by spice and citrus. The palate is soft and aromatic, with returning notes of spice, cinnamon, citrus and medicinal herbs, and a gentle sweetness that lingers. It can be served neat or over ice, and works in cocktails.
