Riserva Carlo Alberto Vermut Rosso "Red Vermouth" (1L)

Red Vermouth is a Piedmontese vermouth rosso from Riserva Carlo Alberto, in a 1 litre bottle. It follows an old Piedmont recipe, adapted and refined over time. The base is unfiltered Erbaluce di Caluso and Moscato d'Asti wines with grape must, to which spices, dried flowers, berries and wild herbs are added. Twenty-five botanicals are used, among them juniper, star anise, cinchona, vanilla, rhubarb, marjoram, saffron and Tonka beans. The nose shows red fruit, ripe cherry, mint, dandelion and yarrow flowers, then fine spices and Tonka. The palate is soft and enveloping, warm, with a long spiced finish. It suits an aperitif or cocktails such as the Negroni and Americano.
