Rock Town 2016 4 Year Old (Cask #508) - Berry Bros. & Rudd (55.8%)

A single cask wheated bourbon from Rock Town Distillery in Arkansas, bottled independently by Berry Bros. & Rudd. The whisky was distilled in 2016 from a mashbill of corn, malted barley and wheat. It matured for four years in cask 508 and was bottled in 2021 at a cask strength of 55.8% ABV. The cask gave 224 bottles. The wheat in the recipe gives a softer, rounder character, and the character is described as a balance of sweetness, spice and oak.
